By using PoseSync ("the App") you agree to these terms.
1. License
The App is distributed by Shenzhen Quanjing Digital Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. through the Apple App Store and is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. You receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license for personal use.
2. Responsible use
Only photograph people with their consent, and comply with local laws on photography, privacy and likeness.
3. Your content
Photos and reference images are yours and stay on your own devices. We never access or store your content.
4. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee a connection or low latency in every network environment, and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for lost photos or missed shots.
5. Changes
Updates to these terms will be posted on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
